# BOXXY Third-Party Notices

BOXXY contains or displays material that is not owned by Sam Cornwell. Nothing in the BOXXY Proprietary Source Licence transfers ownership of, or changes the terms applying to, the material listed here.

All bundled puzzle metadata and layouts are stored in `levels.js`.

## Microban Series

This was Jordi Domènech's first Sokoban collection, originally built with MacSokoban Module Editor (1997) for Macintosh System 7. “Haikemono” is an acronym of the Spanish expression “¡Ay, qué mono!” — “Oh, how beautiful!”

## Rust/WebAssembly solver backend

Project: `dangarfield/sokoban-solver`, `festival-rust` browser build.
Repository: `https://github.com/dangarfield/sokoban-solver`
Author/maintainer: Dan Garfield and repository contributors.

BOXXY v143 loads the solver at runtime from external pinned or maintainer-hosted locations. The Rust source, generated JavaScript binding and WebAssembly binary are **not included** in this BOXXY repository. At the time this integration was prepared, the upstream repository did not visibly provide an explicit redistribution licence. Commercial deployment should not rely on this backend until written permission or a clear compatible licence is obtained, or the backend is replaced.

## BOXXY material

Except for the material identified above and any other material explicitly credited within the project, BOXXY's original code, interface, artwork, characters, audio, text and original puzzle content are claimed by Sam Cornwell under `LICENSE.md`.
